Around Lantau Island Fishing Village Tai O

For those of us that live in the city or in a fast pace town, sometimes is hard to believe that in other parts of the world, simplicity is the norm. Visiting some places in Lantau Island in Hong Kong was for me like stopping the clock and see the world with different eyes.

First we stopped at a small fishing village

The people in the village lives from their fishing business. Their lives is based on fishing only. There are people from other parts of Hong Kong that come to Tai O to buy all kinds of fresh and dry fish. Besides fishing, tourism is rising in this area, but from what I heard, they are more interested in you , if you buy fish.
