It was the first time, and it wouldn’t be the last.

It was the fist time in my life that I traveled, I was 18 years old and it wouldn’t be the last. Twenty five years later I can testify that, that trip to Disney World wasn’t my last.

Back then, I lived in Puerto Rico and I had never traveled before. I used to dream about Disney World, it was like a fantasy to me. The whole concept of traveling to the US it was like a dream. I never imagine back then that eight years later I was going to be living permanently in Orlando Florida. If I never imagine that, less I imagine that I was going to be working everyday on Disney property. Back then was a dream, this day is my every day life thing.
It was my first time traveling and it was my first time at Disney World, and definitely hasn’t been the last. That was just the beginning of Travelmystories I just didn’t know it back then.

In some of the pictures we were at Universal Studios. Actually on that vacation we stayed at Central Florida for 3 weeks and we visited all the parks including Bush Garden in Tampa. My family always took us on vacation, but in Puerto Rico. We visited many places and stayed in different towns during our vacation. But this special one, was our first family vacation in the US. Thank God for cameras, and albums we have now great memories to re-live.
Where did you go on your first travel?
Until then,

Are You Part Of Somebody Else Memories?

It’s funny when you are taking pictures of something and then you go back and look at the pictures and find so many stories that you didn’t plan.
This picture above is an example of that. I was taking a picture of my daughter that was taking a picture of Lincoln.  Then later we notice when we were revising the picture, the guy taking a selfie in the middle of the crowd. Like him, all of us there were creating memories and for an instant we became part of others memories as well but we might never find out, like here our selfie guy will never knew that he became part of our memories.
Do you see any other people becoming part of my memories ? 🙂 So be aware that when you are on your own world creating memories and exciting travel stories you might be part of somebody else story and memories too.
Until then,

Weekly Photo Challenge: Dance II

Dance required movements and coordination, it has a rhythm. Dance it’s an expression. Is a language, it can communicate a feeling, a situation. It talks without words.

The other day I was at Hollywood Studios, Orlando FL and watched the Indiana Jones show. I don’t remembering sitting so close before. I was able to appreciate the movements and coordination of these actors.  The rhythm between them in their performance is incredible. Well, I see here a form of dance.

Check  out the video for you to appreciate the movements and coordination a little better. Maybe this will motivate you to visit us in Orlando Florida and have fun visiting the parks. 😀

Until then,

Weekly photo Challenge: Dance II

Kissing Frogs

Frogs, they leap from leaf to leaf

Out of no where they just leave

 When hungry they could eat

So many bugs they pile inside them indeed

Slimy and gross they could be

But if we don’t kiss them

How we would know if there is a prince there for me

There is not other way to go

Kissing frogs is the only way to know

one, two, three…

And you see them leave

After you kiss them if is not a prince

You will see the warts and slimy skin

They come and go, I kiss them all

Where it could be my frog prince to be..

I don’t like this fairy tale

It’s not fair to me

 The frogs wait anxiously

For their kiss

Then they smile and leap graciously and that’s it

 My conclusion, unfortunately

They are all frogs, there are no prince

how this could be

It’s like living in a swamp

Where Shrek and donkey lives

 Frogs, frogs, they are everywhere

is like the swarm on Moises time

They are in churches, behind the piano

and singing praises

They preach and have big ministries at their feet

They are professionals, they own their own businesses

They wear glasses and a tie

They say Hello in the mornings and they are polite

They drink beer at the bar

Having fun is the only thing they have in mind

Kissing frogs is the only way to know…

if there is a prince behind the slimy skin

and the croak

(memories from the past, thanks God I did found my prince, he was behind of one of those slimy skin things…) 2013
