Inspired to Travel!

The beauty of this world and the mysteries behind every culture are two of the many things that inspire me to travel. The curiosity to understand what others had left behind for us to enjoy or learn. The perfection of nature and the details behind its beauty, blows my mind away.img_3539img_8479img_3829img_8438img_3624dsc_4738dsc_4805img_3106img_8298img_8097img_8490-1

These are just a few pictures of what I have seen. Because of these inspiring pictures I want to see more. I love to know that there is a lot more to see in my journey and while I discover more and I will be sharing it with you.

Until then,

Afternoon Display of Colors

Gallery of colors and beauty over the Kissimmee skies on a Saturday afternoon.  Sometimes the places that you see often could be magical if you change the way you observed  them.

A Light Show That We Would Never See Again

After 20-years we would never see again this particular scene of dark skies and colorful lights at Disney Hollywood Studios. The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights would not longer be part of the Christmas Celebration on this park.

Can’t wait to see what is going to be the new thing at Disney Hollywood Studios this year. I am pretty sure will be something spectacular! I will be there to see it and share it with you.

Until then,

Do you have a Spare Plan When You Travel?

In life we should have spare for basically everything. That is just my opinion. When I plan my travels I always have a spare plan (plan B) just in case I need it.
Things not always run as smoothly as we want or planed, and a spare plan once in a while is need it. In a moment of need, if you already have that spare plan handy, it will
make your travel experience more enjoyable instead of stressful or frustrating.

Nature seems to do the same thing. I found this nest in my Trinitaria bush (Bougainvillea) in front of my house. I was trimming the bush when I found it, there was one egg.
The next day I went to check the nest and there were two eggs, but I didn't took a pic. The next day I went to check the nest again and for my surprise there were
three eggs. Guess what? I checked again the following day, and there it was another egg for a count of four.

To give you an update of the eggs status... Even that mama mockingbird laid 4 eggs, no even one survived some kind of predator. Few days later the nest was empty and we
found a broken egg on the floor. :(

TravelmyStories Just Nature

At this moment I am working on different blog posts from my trip to Canada but they are not ready yet. Besides been a travel agent, a traveler, and a blogger, I am also a biologist. I appreciate nature, I love to see the details of how life works. So when I am not traveling or writing, I like to explore on my own backyard (close to home) and take pictures. This is part of my stories, of the little things I enjoy. Little things that anybody can enjoy too on their own backyard(hometown) if they are not able to travel.

On Friday, after dinner my husband and me want for a walk at Kissimmee Lakefront Park by the Lake Tohopekaliga. We saw some baby alligators…

Today (Sunday) I went again, but this time a little earlier than Friday. After eating I went for a walk to get rid of some of the calories I ate and to take pictures of more of the local residents at the same park that I had mention. Well I found some mama birds feeding their little ones. Come take a look.

Well that is all for now. Enjoy life! Nature speak for itself of  the great place we live and the blessing of life. I hope I will have my Canada trip post ready to share with you soon, about a great vacation in a short time.

Until then,
